This was a tough 5K, which surprised me. The heat and my determination to beat my last 5K time almost killed me! But in the end it was worth it.
My last 5K in May I ran it in 30.02, this 5K I ran it in 27.16! New personal best! BUT, it will be a while before I run in shorts again.
