The kids had a blast running the 1k race today. They did very well! Loved it so much we are signing them up for the 1k Kanata Race in Sept! They all got medals, their first medals! Super proud!

On a side note I ran my 10k in 57:22, not a PB or sub 55, but I am happy with my time considering I was a bit hung over :)
